Avery HATES tummy time!

Avery hates tummy time as much as she hates the camera (if you ask me). Based on what everyone has been telling us we are really trying to get our tummy time in each day, however with the acid reflux it has been a challenge. I found that the best time to try tummy time is about 30+ minutes after eating when she is content. Late last week the 3 of us were hanging out with Aunt Terri and Rodger (who came to visit for 5 days) and things were looking good so we decided to give tummy time a try. At first she seemed to be "ok" she fussed a little but was lifting her head and looking from side to side. Her "enjoyment" for tummy time was short lived and she soon got angry - so angry in fact that the managed to ROLL OVER! We all looked at each other in awe and then did what any parent would do...we flipped her back over so she could do it again. Low and behold, she again got angry and rolled from her tummy to her back. At this time Nick and I realized we should have the camera out (I know we need to get better at this). Once the camera was out, we flipped her back to her tummy hit record and watched her rest her cheek on the blanket and act as though she was going to take a nap! Ah babies, they are so unpredictable.
